- Basic knowledge in Electrical and engineering safety.
- Troubleshooting knowledge on PLC's and VFD's of Allen Bradley, Delta, Siemens and instrument controller programming, installation and commissioning. Also uploading, minor modification in PLC programs and VFD programming will be an added advantage.
- Troubleshooting on electrical problems in switchgears such as MCB, MCCB's, contactors, relays, Starters etc.
- Responsible for Preventive and Breakdown of the equipment used in manufacturing which includes Filament winding CNC machines, electrically heated Ovens, hydraulically operated machines, CNC milling machines, Blow molding machines, High pressure reciprocating pumps, Centrifugal pumps, blowers, PNG fired Burners etc. and other process equipment.
- Repair and Maintenance of Tubular heaters used for Mandrel Heater set repair.
