About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to support our property management team across multiple portfolios (Pods). Each Pod consists of a Property Manager (PM) and Assistant Property Manager (APM), and this role will provide centralized support to all three.
The ideal candidate has prior maintenance coordination and troubleshooting experience, can handle a high volume of requests, and communicates professionally with vendors, tenants, and owners. While training will be provided on internal processes and systems, we expect this person to hit the ground running with maintenance coordination expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance Coordination: Triage incoming maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and assign appropriate vendors.
- Phone Support: Answer and manage the maintenance line, triaging calls and inquiries from owners, residents, and vendors.
