Job Description
As Maintenance Coordinator, you will be in charge of keeping the plant assets in operation and reducing downtime due to equipment failures.
You will be located at the Leon plant, and will report directly to our Plant Manager.

- You will design and implement a preventive maintenance plan.
- You will perform failure analysis of corrective maintenance failures
- You will maintain spare parts budget in balance
- You will participate in all activities related to the EHS department
- You will assign activities to work team
- You will maintain work environment, engagement and professional development of the team in charge.
- You will be in charge of monitoring and tracking indicators in the area.

- Required education: Bachelor's Degree/Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or other)
