Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Fitter and Turner OR Tool and Diemaker for a position as Maintenance Coordinator.
His responsibilities fall into 3 main categories.
Maintenance Management
• Hands on management of the maintenance team and the maintenance system.
• Perform appropriate training and mentoring to maintenance staff on workshop and maintenance related tasks.
• Act as custodian of all workshop and maintenance tools.
• Ensure proper record keeping of all related documents on the maintenance management system.
• Assure compliance with safety practices and procedures.
• Perform the production management role when the Factory Manager is absent.
• Assist with other tasks as required.
People Management
• Productivity and Quality Management
• Performance Management
Health and Safety
• Manage Site Health and Safety according to regulations
