POSITION SUMMARY
The Maintenance Coordinator’s primary role will be the tracking, coordination and project management of various capital/operational projects along with the project management of new installations through a team-based approach. While reporting to maintenance supervisors, the position will be required to effectively schedule site visits as required to prioritise these projects. This position will provide technical expertise, including the review of sites/projects to determine the required repairs/installations to be completed in the most cost effective and timely manner while adhering to SCHC quality and material standards. In addition, this position will determine scopes of work, obtain required quotes, specify material selections and confirm any code violations, errors in construction and/or to approve work within County policies and applicable legislation.
