Job Summary

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency. This role acts as a liaison between maintenance, production, and other departments to minimize downtime and optimize resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate daily maintenance operations and assign tasks to technicians.
  • Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Maintain accurate records in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  • Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
