Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at our high-volume Material Recovery Facility (MRF). This role is responsible for overseeing all preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise who can drive equipment uptime, reduce downtime, and build a high-performing maintenance team.

Maintenance & Equipment Reliability

• Lead and manage all preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

• Ensure conveyors, balers, screens, hydraulics, electrical systems, and mobile equipment operate safely and efficiently.

• Monitor downtime trends and perform root cause analysis.
