Job Description:

  • The Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment reliability and minimal downtime.
  • This role works closely with maintenance, operations, engineering, and lean teams to develop efficient computerized maintenance management system and help develop TPM (Total productivity maintenance programs), manage work orders, and support continuous improvement of maintenance processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain weekly and monthly maintenance schedules based on work orders, priorities, and resource availability.
  • Coordinate with maintenance technicians, planners, and operations to ensure work is properly assigned and completed on time.
