Maintenance Carpenter

Construction Services Ireland is a leading commercial property maintenance company who provide reactive and planned maintenance for large scale multi-site clients throughout Ireland.



We have a new opportunity for a Maintenance Joiner / Carpenter to join our team.



Duties/Responsibilities



- Carry out scheduled property maintenance & minor project works



- Ensuring all work complies with Company and Client Health & Safety standards



- Attend reactive callouts; identify and report back to the office the need for ad-hoc repairs



- Complete any repairs required and approved on site



- Submit a photographic completion report showing the works completed (through our inhouse workflow app)



Essential Requirements



- The successful candidate must;



- Be qualified in carpentry works and have site experience
