About the Role

We’re looking for a Maintenance & CAPEX Manager to lead all maintenance operations at our Los Reyes facility. This role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, improves reliability, and drives continuous improvement across the plant.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, utilities).
  • Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Coordinate corrective interventions to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Manage maintenance planning, budgeting, and contractor oversight.
  • Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and reliability initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and KPIs.
