Maintenance Assistant
to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for general building maintenance, repairs, and ensuring all facilities are kept in good working condition.
Responsibilities
Perform general building maintenance and repairs
Carry out basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
Conduct basic electrical repairs and fault finding
Repair and maintain electric fencing systems
Install, service, and repair motor gates and gate motors
Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
Troubleshoot faults and complete repairs efficiently
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and clean condition
Qualifications
Minimum
4 years’ experience
in building maintenance
Experience in:
Plumbing
Basic electrical work
General building repairs
Experience with electric fencing and motor gate systems
