maintenance assistant

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up machines safely and effectively for operators to execute job orders.
• Maintain and organize proper storage of spare parts, tools and to keep proper record of work done
• Ensure that machines are maintained in good and safe working condition
• Repair and clean machine when needed Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure production capacity & quality
• Evaluate machine performance and recommend improvement Inspect machine to identify any replacement , malfunction, repairs and source for replacement parts when needed
• Co-ordinate with Operation Manager / Technical Manager for production Planning & Scheduling
• Assist in other areas of production where necessary
• Ability to lead the operations team in overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate maintenance activities on all electrical wiring and systems.
