Maintenance and Reliability Manager

Position Overview The Maintenance & Reliability Manager provides strategic and hands‑on leadership for the plant’s maintenance department at the Redcliff insulation manufacturing facility, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. This role leads electrical and mechanical teams to optimize equipment uptime and production capacity, while driving reliability, plant performance, and cross‑functional collaboration in support of safety, continuous improvement, and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Champion a strong safety culture by reinforcing standards and safe behaviors across the team and ensuring all maintenance activities meet strict environmental and EHS regulations, Provide leadership, mentorship, and development for the maintenance team, strengthening capability and fostering a high‑performance culture.
