Take charge of maintenance and engineering operations at our Strathroy, ON manufacturing facility. This vital role combines strategic leadership with hands-on project execution and team mentorship.
As the Plant Maintenance & Engineering Manager, you’ll oversee engineering activities while ensuring plant objectives align with maintenance strategies. You’ll manage multi-disciplinary teams, participate in capital project planning, and lead improvements in production reliability. Also, you will ensure effective installation and early production support for all equipment.
