Maintenance and Engineering Manager - County Offaly. Job Summary:Reporting to the Site Operation Manager the maintenance and engineering manager is a key member of the site team. The role has responsibility for the maintenance and engineering management of the site, and will ensure equipment, plant and property are efficiently operating to maximise production output. As part of the management team, the manager will involve themselves in day to business activities, keeping close to operational issues and requirements and managing projects and continuous improvement activities. The Maintenance and Engineering Manager is responsible for managing reactive & preventive maintenance on site managing both internal teams, contractors, 3rd party maintenance.
