Objective of the position

This position is responsible for having trained and specialized unionized personnel in the areas of hydraulic, mechanical, robotic, electrical and digital control engineering. It plans, organizes and delegates maintenance activities and audits maintenance systems (PM, CM and TPM compliance). It coordinates with OUs and maintenance partners to execute the department's strategy and meet metric goals. It supervises machine and process operations during production hours, guiding staff in troubleshooting to avoid production loss or equipment damage, ensuring safety. It is directly accountable for assigned equipment or processes, pursuing continuous improvement, developing maintenance programs, auditing existing processes, and managing spare parts purchasing and installation.
