Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage maintenance work orders across multiple properties
• Create and update work orders in Yardi
• Handle ticket management, merging, and follow-ups in Zendesk
• Track tasks and workflows through
• Coordinate with vendors and request project bids
• Delegate and manage customer service emails across departments
• Monitor work order queues and ensure timely completion
• Provide building updates and compliance coordination
• Communicate daily with the maintenance leadership team regarding issues and recommendations
Requirements:
• Proven experience in maintenance coordination or property management support
• Hands-on experience with Zendesk, , and Yardi (REQUIRED)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
