Civeo Camp Installations is looking for a Maintenance Administrator in Fort McMurray to provide crucial support for maintenance operations. This role involves administrative tasks, inventory management, and supply chain coordination over a 14-day on/off schedule.
As a Maintenance Administrator, you will collaborate with the Maintenance Manager and site trades to ensure efficient materials flow and accurate documentation. Your responsibilities include managing purchase orders, assisting with invoicing, and operating stock management tasks. Strong attention to detail and organization will be key in this administrative role.
Key Responsibilities:
