Mainframe Support Engineer

Job Title: Mainframe Support Engineer Location: Wilmington, DE - Onsite Job Type: Contract Job Description: Provide L2/L3 support for mainframe applications and infrastructure. ? Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2 programs. ? Perform system monitoring, job scheduling, and batch processing. ? Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements. ? Ensure compliance with SLAs and maintain system availability and performance. ? Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive measures. ? Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Qualifications ? 10?15 years of hands-on experience in mainframe technologies: o COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2 ?
