Mainframe Migration and Modernization Specialist

Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.
**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
+ 5 years of experience in mainframe migrations.
+ Experience leading and closing migration agreements, managing the full life-cycle from discovery to execution.
+ Experience with z/OS and AS/400 environments, including COBOL, JCL, CICS, IMS, DB2, VSAM, and assembler.
+ Experience implementing agentic AI frameworks and AI agents to automate software engineering workflows and code transformation.
