Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a core member of the Tech/Service Quality team supporting Recall and Software applications
• Provide on-call and production support, ensuring system stability and timely issue resolution
• Develop and maintain COBOL, JCL, DB2, and related mainframe components
• Support mandatory compliance and feature enhancements for Software initiatives
• Manage and prioritize backlog items, including defects and enhancements
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure strong business and customer value delivery
• Participate in the modernization journey toward GCP migration, working with internal teams and vendors
• Perform systems support activities including security, audit, and maintenance tasks
• Execute unit and integration testing for delivered solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents with urgency and independence
