Mainframe Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications in the Cardlink and Cards domain environment.
• Perform analysis, coding, unit testing, and debugging using COBOL, CICS, Easytrieve, and JCL.
• Handle production support incidents and provide quick turnaround solutions for business‑critical issues.
• Work on Service Delivery QA activities to ensure quality and stability of applications.
• Manage batch jobs and data processing using VSAM and Sequential Datasets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions for cards and payment systems.
• Participate in code reviews, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Support deployment and post‑implementation verification activities on Mainframe Z/OS.

Requirements

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in Mainframe development.
• Strong proficiency in COBOL, CICS, Easytrieve, and JCL.
