What we're looking for:
Proficiency with COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, DB2, and IMS
Experience in optimizing COBOL code, batch jobs, and system processes
What you'll do:
Develop, enhance, and maintain COBOL programs to performance efficiency
Conduct code testing to ensure compliancy with security and regulatory standards
Participate in code reviews and discussions
