Create detailed designs. Lead junior developers. Participate in end-to-end field mapping. Develop, unit test, and deploy code. DB2: Strong understanding of DB2 objects and processing. Ability to independently analyze DB2 objects. Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and learn in an environment with limited mainframe experience. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and learn. Nice to Have (Non-Mandatory): Knowledge of Kafka and RESTful APIs.
