Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Mainframe Developer for one of our large financial clients in a variety of markets. This position will respond to technical questions from clients regarding all aspects of the scheduling software and its capabilities. Must be able to apply database changes with a high degree of accuracy in desired timeframes using established Release Management approval, deployment tools, and best practices. Must ascertain through research and knowledge the scope of issues and understand the impact while deciding and taking corrective actions in high risk circumstances. This position will review and test new releases and enhancements of the software code in order to verify advertised functionality. Additionally this position typically investigates and implements new functionality into production and performs related project work.
