Mainframe Developer

POSITION SUMMARY

This Mainframe Developer will be part of our team that builds apps and solutions for other developers to accelerate their development while maintaining the best security and reliability You will not only code and build these solutions but also contribute to their design and development through research and pilot testing new concepts. We are looking for a candidate with over 5+ years of experience in Mainframe development, with a strong background in designing and optimizing scalable, secure applications. Experience in troubleshooting complex issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams will be highly valued.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILL SETS Required Skills:

• CICS, REXX, JCL, COBOL, CA7, File-Aid, Expediter, ISPW/Endevor

• SQL, relational databases

• DB2 and mainframe flat files

• Linux • Java (Good to have) • Kubernetes (Good to have)

• Kafka (Good to have) • GitHub (Good to have)
