  • Provide high-level (2nd and 3rd level) support and maintenance for a Mainframe-based application, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis, implementing solutions to ensure system reliability and availability.
  • Manage incidents, change requests, and maintain system performance and stability in collaboration with the maintenance team.
  • Perform regular checks and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to implement long-term solutions and improvements.
