TOD'S Group in Madrid seeks a Store Manager to drive sales, protect the brand image, and elevate the customer experience in the boutique.

You will lead a small team, set targets, conduct daily briefings, train new staff, and coordinate with Visual Merchandising and Trade Marketing to maximize turnover while maintaining flawless store standards. Fluent Spanish and English are required; 3–4 years store experience and 2 years people management are expected.
