Your expertise will be integral in steering financial statements and ensuring effective cost management across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial statements monthly, quarterly, and annually
• Oversee vendor payments and tenant billing processes
• Prepare working papers for audits and tax filing
• Conduct bank and intercompany transaction reconciliations
• Develop reports on costs and budget variances
