Laser Cutting & Bending Machinist
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to perform laser cutting and bending operations accurately.
- Operate, set up, and program laser cutting machines to produce workpieces according to required specifications.
- Perform machine setup, tooling preparation, and programming for punching operations based on engineering drawings.
- Operate and program bending machines to achieve required dimensions and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot dimensional and quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Carry out deburring, polishing, and finishing processes to ensure completed workpieces meet quality requirements.
- Conduct routine machine checks and basic maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.
