Job Summary

The Machinist in our Windsor Mold Tooling facility will set up the machines using Computer Numerical Control (CNC) and milling machines to cut metal and other materials into products with precise dimensions.

Job Responsibilities

• Program and operate 5 axis CNC performing 3D and 2D work.
• Use FCS and other fixturing systems to create a stable working holding arrangement for workpiece.
• Check the machine tool's calibration and motion accuracy.
• Working knowledge of the tools, fixtures, processes utilized in the machining departments.
• Perform all required machining checks for quality, schedule and perform maintenance and repairs to machinery.
• Accountable for machine set-up and /or operations and / or maintenance, and/or troubleshooting.
• Ability to adhere and complete work within specified timelines.
