+ Perform advanced machine setup, process troubleshooting, and ensure all processes achieve required tolerances
+ Lead process improvements and mentor lower-level employees
+ Hone Koyo Centerless Grind CNC drill operations
+ Troubleshoot mechanical, setup, quality, and process issues
+ Achieve and maintain tolerances below .0005 independently
+ Collaborate with quality and engineering to resolve quality issues
+ Train and mentor Machinists 1, 2, and Operators
+ Document and refine setup procedures and standard work instructions
+ Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
+ Assist with machine repair and preventive maintenance
+ Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and production standards
