Machine Shop Supervisor

Location: Hyderabad We're looking for a Machine Shop Supervisor / Tool Room Incharge with 4–5 years of experience to lead day-to-day tool room operations. Responsibilities Plan and supervise daily machining activities. Allocate jobs and monitor production schedules. Ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery. Coordinate with design, planning, and quality teams. Guide operators and resolve shop floor issues. Ensure proper machine utilization and adherence to safety standards. Requirements Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 4–5 years of relevant experience (mandatory). Hands-on experience with CNC Milling, EDM, and Wire Cut machines is mandatory. Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and engineering drawings. Good leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
