Position Summary

:

Setup and prepare milling machinery for production Maintain and perform daily preventative maintenance and supply all milling machine related needs. Troubleshoot and solve minor to semi-complex problems and issues.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Setup and prepare machinery for production.
  • Full knowledge of how to read blueprints, customer drawings and all technical information.
  • Load/unload fixtures and specific programs for machine set up.
  •  Maintains better than average productivity.
  • Maintains high accuracy on all functions.
  • Mentors’ other employees.
  • Works on moderate scope of machinery set-up complexity.
  • Has the ability to identify potential issues and resolve efficiently.
  • Escalates issues to supervisor only when out of their knowledge base to resolve.
  • Provides guidance or direction, training, and technical assistance to junior level support.
