SUMMARY OF THE JOB
This position is for a mechanically inclined individual who possesses a positive attitude and desire to continuous improvement. This position requires setting up all tooling for machines, program, run, and perform their own quality checks.
This person will be a key player in ensuring first time quality and delivery change over components to the headers. The Tool/Pack Room will work toward ensuring on-time delivery and first time quality of changeover components to the headers during changeovers.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Provide assistance to machine operators on new job development
+ Ability to operate Tool Room equipment with limited supervision to meet necessary quality and productivity requirements. Horizontal, vertical hones, OD/ID grinders, surface grinders, centerles...
