**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate production equipment.
+ Perform quality checks and identify defects.
+ Load and unload materials throughout the shift.
+ Troubleshoot minor machine and production issues.
+ Operate an overhead crane as needed.
+ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
**Qualifications**
+ 6+ months of manufacturing, machine operating, or production experience.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.
+ Strong attention to detail and basic measurement/math skills.
+ CNC or forklift experience is a plus.
