Machine Operator

Job Description:

• This role is responsible for the efficient setup, operation, and monitoring of production machines to ensure consistent product quality and minimal downtime.
• This role includes routine maintenance and machine troubleshooting.
• Lastly, this role also assumes the improvement of machine performance while strictly adhering to company policies, safety protocols, and food safety standards.

Job Specification:

Education:

• At least a High School graduate or a Technical/Vocational graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
• NCII Certification in Machine Operation, Mechanical Maintenance is preferred.

Experience:
At least a year of proven mechanical experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.

Technical Skills:

• Set up, operate, and monitor assigned machines to ensure continuous and efficient production.
