Machine Operator

The Operator (m/f/d) runs the machines and checks whether the products meet the quality requirements. Their tasks may vary depending on the processes used (sheet extrusion, net extrusion, GCL production and profile production). They may include feeding raw materials to the machines, setting mold parameters according to established guidelines, visually inspecting the quality of the parts produced, diagnosing problems (troubleshooting), carrying out minor maintenance work on the equipment and completing the necessary production reports.

• Independent operation of production systems
• Self-monitoring of quality in production and initiation of corrective measures in the event of deviations in compliance with quality regulations
