Responsibilities

• Work from work orders and learn the processes of each customer to meet KPIs.
• Use micrometers and calipers to ensure product quality.
• Perform minor preventive maintenance on machinery, including oiling.
• Utilize a computer to track raw material usage.
• Inspect pieces for defects and unusual conditions.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in production, assembly, and general production techniques.
• Experience using hand tools and reading blueprints.
• Ability to pack materials efficiently.
