Warehouse Machine Operator (Palletizer)
Location: Niles, IL
Pay: $21.00/hour ($20.00 + $1.00 shift differential)
Shift: Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (10.5-hour shifts)
Interview Process: In-person interview + site tour (approx. 1 hour)
About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Machine Operator to safely operate and maintain production equipment across Pre-Whip, Liquid, and Palletizer lines. This role supports production flow, product quality, and food safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, monitor, and perform changeovers on production equipment

  • Make process adjustments and perform basic troubleshooting

  • Conduct quality checks and complete production documentation
