**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators for our facility, working Monday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM. This role is pivotal in maintaining production quality and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.
**Responsibilities**
+ Load and unload parts or products onto pallets.
+ Prepare parts and products for cutting to appropriate measurements.
+ Prepare parts and products to be shipped for powder coating.
+ Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout the facility.
+ Meet production deadlines and goals.
+ Report production issues or problems to immediate supervisor.
+ Operate and maintain machinery.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in production and machine operation.
+ Ability to use a tape measure and read blueprints.
+ Troubleshooting skills in CNC and machine operation.
