Machine Operator (Press Operator)

The Opportunity

Are you a hands-on individual with a knack for precision? As a Press Operator, you will be at the heart of our production, responsible for operating automatic stamping presses to manufacture high-quality components. Your dedication to safety, efficiency, and lean manufacturing principles will be key to our success.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position based in Columbus, OH. Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. or Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM. Occasional overtime, including additional days, may be required based on business needs.

What You'll Do

• Operate & Maintain: Efficiently operate and monitor automatic stamping presses, making necessary adjustments using powered hand tools to ensure continuous production flow. (Approx. 70% of time)
