**Description:**

+ Operate production machinery, including mixers and the front end of tortilla production lines, in a safe and efficient manner
+ Start up equipment at the start of each shift and verify proper operation; promptly report any issues to maintenance or leadership
+ Replace mesh and Teflon belts safely and correctly to maintain continuous production flow
+ Adjust machine settings to meet required product specifications, including size, weight, and overall quality
+ Verify recipes, seasonings, weights, and system settings during changeovers using the ERP system (Plex)
+ Accurately complete all production documentation and ensure data is properly recorded in system applications
+ Monitor and record production waste using correct settings; investigate and report discrepancies when needed
