Job Description
The Machine Operator is a versatile and essential member of the production Team, responsible for operating and maintaining a range of machinery used to transform raw materials into finished products. This role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, with an emphasis on following strict manufacturing protocols, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The operator will be cross-trained to work on multiple processes, including granulation, blending, compression, and coating to support the overall production schedule.
