Operate and set up a variety of fabrication machinery, including press brakes, lasers, CNC mills, PEM equipment, plasma cutters, lathes, and mills, to produce high-quality sheet metal components. Use computers, CAD programs, basic hand tools, and measurement instruments to support production, inspect parts for defects and adherence to quality standards, and perform routine maintenance on machinery. Collaborate closely with production leads to meet production demands and follow established schedules while ensuring safe and efficient machine operation.
