Pay & Working Hours

• £16.94 per hour
• Monday to Friday working weekly rotating shifts of 6:00am – 2:00pm, 2:00pm – 10:00pm & 10:00pm – 6:00am

Key Responsibilities

• Operating conversion machinery or similar equipment within a corrugated/cardboard environment
• Feeding board into machines and ensuring smooth, continuous production runs
• Monitoring machine performance, identifying faults, and escalating issues to the line leader promptly
• Carrying out in-process quality checks to ensure finished products meet required specifications
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area in line with production and health & safety standards
• Working independently while supporting the wider production team to meet daily output targets
