Salary Package: Basic salary based on experience, with OT eligibility
Location: Batu Berendam, Melaka
Job Types: Permanent, Full time, Onsite, Day Shift/ Night Shift

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate and manage rubber molding machines.
  • Set up machine before production and ensure smooth operation.
  • Monitor production process and ensure product quality.
  • Perform basic machine troubleshooting when needed.
  • Carry out routine cleaning and follow 5S practices.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Job Requirements

  • Some machining or machine operation experience preferred (minimum 1 year).
  • Basic technical understanding; training will be provided.
  • Able to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
  • Experience in CNC / CADCAM is an advantage but not required.
