Machine Operator

Adecco is hiring immediately for a **Mill Operator / Tooling Production Associate** in Ohio. This is a first-shift opportunity with a growing manufacturing company specializing in precision tooling and machined components. We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented candidates with manufacturing or machining experience who are looking to build a long-term career in a production environment.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Operate milling machines and other shop equipment according to work instructions
+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
+ Measure and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
+ Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
+ Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
+ Follow all company safety policies and procedures
+ Perform other related duties as assigned
