Penmac Staffing is hiring an experienced Machine Operator / Machine Setup Technician for the roll‑fed side of a manufacturing operation in the Brainerd area. This full-time position is ideal for candidates who enjoy machine setup, troubleshooting, and hands-on production work in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $20+ per hour based on experience, plus a $1.00/hour shift differential
Shift: 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 1:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
