Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to manage equipment operation, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance to ensure smooth production and maintain high-quality standards.

• Operates and troubleshoots machines according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Reports breakdowns to the Assistant Production Manager, and inspecting raw materials before loading.
• Monitors equipment performance, conduct preventive maintenance, and document downtime and repairs.
• Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain a clean work area at the end of each shift.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical), Mechatronics or any related course
• Previous experience as a machine operator preferred.
• Completion of relevant training and certifications.
• Willingness to upgrade skills with new equipment.
• The candidate must be willing to work in Davao City (Full Onsite)
